10 thing obama won’t say:
1. It’s not Bush’s fault. I’ve been your President for almost two years. If you want to be angry at someone, I’m your man.
2. I was wrong. I took your money, billions of dollars of it. And you don’t have the jobs to show for it. Nothing was shovel-ready, and unemployment is well over 8%. My approach didn’t work, and I’m changing course to make things right.
3. They’re not isolated extremists or man-caused disasters. They’re violent, lethal terrorists who want to kill Americans and destroy everything we stand for. When it comes to defeating terrorism, all options are on the table.
4. America is exceptional in a way that no other country is. We have proudly been the leader in protecting liberty around the world, and I’m honored to be Commander-in-Chief of this “one nation under God.”
5. It’s time to repeal and replace. It’s clear that Americans want health care reform. It’s also clear that you don’t want the law we’ve built. I respect the will of the people, and I’m ready to go back to the drawing board.
6. Throwing the word ‘racist’ around is irresponsible. It’s a serious word with serious implications that should be reserved for legitimate cases. Media, that doesn’t include labeling everyone who disagrees with me a racist.
7. People have been taxed enough already. That includes joint filers earning $250,000 or more a year. It also includes individuals earning $200,000 or more a year, some of whom likely worked many eighteen-hour days making practically nothing to get where they are today. It’s time to put your money back in your hands. That’s why I’m extending the Bush tax cuts for everyone.
8. There’s nothing unclear about the word ‘illegal.’ To condone illegal immigration is to condone breaking the law. I stand with Governor Brewer.
9. Peace through strength is the only answer. The world is a safer place when America is strong. It is my number-one priority to keep her that way.
10. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. It’s time for the federal government to take a step back, perform the jobs it is constitutionally meant to do, and get the heck out of your way. Your Constitution is like toilet paper, tear it apart piece by piece soon you don’t have enough to wipe your ass effectively.
People really amaze me, they challenge my faith because of my choice in candidates, and they challenge my loyalty to my country because I think that people should have to work for a living. They call me a racist for me standing up for my rights; do I deny you health care and or housing? NO I do not..The arrogance of lazy people to actually think that I need to break my back to pay for all of these social programs, people in this country are angry. Tea Parties, The Birthers, and bloggers, this is a deep and visceral anger that is beyond reason. You can show the Pro’s to social programs all you want but facts are facts “People are tired of being the working /walking pay check for these “programs”.
SEIU local 1 goes on the attack at McDonalds in Joliet Illinois, while SEIU local 1 promoting the democrat party’s Debbie Halvorson and AJ Wilhelmi there was an altercation between one of Joliet Illinois homeless person and 3 SEIU local 1 members, the SEIU member wanted the Joliet homeless man to fill out paper work that was clearly not his for voting in the up coming election for $10.00, KG the homeless man was standing his ground while fighting the 3 SEIU members..KG must be an honest man, I as a republican and a voter would like to thank him for standing up for American truth and morals.
Even though KG hasn’t any home to live in, he has pride and is honest. While speaking with KG I found out that he has been unemployed for 18 months and has been looking everyday walking sometimes up to 20-25 miles per day.
WHAT ARE POLLWATCHERS? The great majority of election officials are honest and dedicated; however, even the most honest election officials can make mistakes. Pollwatchers sometimes referred to as challengers, checkers or simply watchers, are election observers who aid in ensuring the free and fair conduct of elections. Pollwatchers may be in the polling place before the polls open, during the actual voting hours, and after the polls close. WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO BECOME A POLLWATCHER? A pollwatcher must be registered to vote in the state of Illinois and must be affiliated with the party or organization he/she is representing. WHO AUTHORIZES AN INDIVIDUAL TO BECOME A POLLWATCHER? Pollwatchers may represent established political parties, candidates, qualified organization of citizens, State nonpartisan civic organizations, or organized proponents or opponents of ballot propositions. Each pollwatcher must have credentials issued by the election authority, and these credentials must be presented by the pollwatcher to the election judges immediately upon entering the polling place. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE SPECIFIC RIGHTS OF POLLWATCHERS? • Before the first ballot is cast, pollwatchers may observe that the ballot box is empty; • Pollwatchers may position themselves near enough to the election judges to examine the applications for ballot; • Pollwatchers may observe as the judges compare the voter applicant’s signature on the application with the signature on the registration records; • Pollwatchers may watch as the judges initial and distribute the ballots to voter, and as the ballots are deposited into the ballot box after the voter has voted; • Pollwatchers may challenge a person’s right to vote. A reason for the challenge must be stated. (Possible reasons include; the person voted earlier in the day, the person moved, or the person lacks qualifications); • The judges of election determine whether or not to sustain a challenge; • Pollwatchers may observe the counting procedures after the polls close. WHAT SHOULD A POLLWATCHER DO IF HE OBSERVES AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR OR SEES AN APPARENT VIOLATION ON THE PART OF ELECTION JUDGES OR VOTERS? The pollwatcher should politely inform the election judges if he observes an error or an apparent violation. If the error or violation continues, the pollwatcher should record his/her observations, immediately contact the election authority and remain at the polling place until proper authorities arrive. Under no circumstances should a pollwatcher argue with the election judges or interfere with the election process. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF POLLWATCHERS ALLOWED IN A POLLING PLACE? Yes, the number of pollwatchers allowed in the polling place at any one time is limited by law. A candidate may always appoint two pollwatchers per precinct, while all other organizations may only appoint one pollwatcher per precinct. The only exception to this is that political parties may appoint two pollwatchers per precinct at each General and Consolidated General Election. When over-crowding interferes with the orderly conduct of the election, the judges of election may limit the number of pollwatchers. The election judges may cause the removal of any pollwatcher who is disrupting the election process REMEMBER….. Pollwatchers are official observers only. They may observe the conduct of the election before, during, and after the polls close. All pollwatchers must present valid credentials upon entering the polling place. The judges of elections are the sole authority in the polling place on election day. No person, except a judge, may handle or touch election supplies and materials. A police officer may be in the polling place to preserve order and carry out lawful directions given by the judges. Electioneering or any type of campaigning must not take place within the Campaign Free Zone. The publication A Guide for Pollwatchers outlines the necessary qualifications and responsibilities of pollwatchers. The pamphlet, Preventing Vote Fraud spells out some telltale signs of possible voting irregularities that should be reported to the election judges and/or election authorities. Where ballots are counted in the office of the election authority, each political party, candidate, qualified organization of citizens, State nonpartisan civic organizations, or organized proponents or opponents of ballot propositions shall be entitled to have one pollwatcher for each panel of election judges. Pollwatchers shall be permitted to observe all proceedings and view all reasonably requested records relating to the conduct of the election, provided the secrecy of the ballot is not impinged. Pollwatchers may be appointed to observe early voting by personal appearance at each permanent and temporary polling place where early voting is conducted. The primary goal of the State Board of Elections is to help bring about greater understanding and participation in the electoral process. Will County GOP Chairman Dick Kavanagh has been getting a lot of heat over a vote he made last week at the county convention. Numerous committeemen expressed their outrage on Illinois Review’s post “Uproar at Will County GOP Convention” that Kavanagh chose to vote for the precincts without elected GOP committeemen, turning the committeemen’s choice upside down. Kavanagh’s vote re-elected his favored candidate — 11th CD’s Bobbie Peterson — back into her spot on the IL GOP’s State Central Committee. The committeemen had voted overwhelmingly for Corey Singer, but when Kavanagh exercised his right to vote the non-represented precincts, the election went to Peterson. IR ran into Kavanagh at the Bill Brady kickoff in Addison Sunday, so we asked him his thoughts about the brewing controversy. “You’re getting a lot of heat about what happened last Wednesday,” we said… “I don’t care,” Kavanagh said. Voting for non-represented precincts is in the IL GOP’s rules, it’s legal and Ms. Peterson was his choice over challenger Corey Singer, he said. “And anyway, I announced my plans to vote those votes the month before, they knew what I planned to do ahead of time. No one said a word about it until after it was over.” The rules have been in place for 35 years, he said, but perhaps there needed to be changes made, especially when the congressional districts overlap into Cook County. There IL GOP township commiteemen vote for the precinct captains, he said. Perhaps that should be addressed in the future. “There’s no regrets about what happened last Wednesday,” Kavanagh said.

Tomorrow we go to the voting booth to decide among a number of things who will lead our country and how our system of government will change. I grew up in a predominantly Democrat neighborhood. As a matter of fact it was 1.5 blocks south and 2 blocks east of Richard Daley’s home in Bridgeport. The neighborhood I grew up in had a fairly small town feel to it. Many of the people there had lived for generations in the same apartment, everyone knew everyone else, we were more or less poor people, not having the education, or money to gain one that would enable us to actually buy the homes we lived in. My Grandfather Phillip Peter Cleary died in the same apartment he was born in on 34th and Wallace Street. He was a veteran of World War 2, learned to drive a truck in the Civilian Conservation Corps, worked for Lincoln Meat Packing as a driver and he was a good Democrat. My Grandfather believed in America, he fought for those beliefs’ in North Africa, Sicily and at Anzio Beach. He was a part of the “Greatest Generation”! He came back to the neighborhood he grew up in and was involved in the American Legion and on a small scale politics. He was a Democrat ward worker helping to get out the vote and always helping the party he believed worked for freedom and the American Value System. He worked to get out the vote for Richard J. Daley in his first run for Mayor in 1955.
At this point you are probably asking why I am boring you with this. I believe if my grandfather were alive today he would be disgusted by what has become of his party! It has become a repository for the Socialists and Communists of America. An organization of intolerance to freedom, if you don’t tow the line you are ostracized and denounced, like Joe Lieberman or Zell Miller. It has become a party that is financially influenced by foreign individuals and organizations like George Soros and MoveOn.org, the Open Society Institute and the Council on Foreign Relations, who do not have the best interests of the American People at heart.
Tomorrow we will decide if we want The United States of America to take a substantial swing to the Left and adopt the failed policies of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Mao Zedong or if we will remain the standard for Freedom in the world.
Another thing we will decide and this will have the most immediate effect on our lives. Do we want to continue the erosion of our influence in what happens in Will County or will we vote for a change in the practices that are dragging our County down. The likes of Larry Walsh, Pam McGuire, Pat O’Neil and James Glasgow are like a stain on the underwear of Will County. It is time we wash our undergarments and feel clean again. Mr. Walsh has taken substantial amounts of money from people who do business with the county, people he has contracted. He has taken money from those that want little or no supervision to destroy the streets and highways of our County. He is an unrepentant alcoholic who has flaunted and broke the laws of our state and in the process put every citizen of this state in jeopardy by operating a vehicle while intoxicated. mR. Walsh and his buddies are chomping at the bit for Cook County style politics. Pam McGuire has not been able to lead a staff without the corruption of pay offs on tickets and sexual harassment in her office. Mr. O’Neil had to dig up a body to enable him to correctly identify (on the second try) that a murder had occurred. Mr. Glasgow has employed ADA’s that warn family members of pending charges of rape! For some reason we think that this is good Governance. Once again My Grand Father would be disgusted, I’m glad he isn’t here to witness it!
